I am writing you to reiterate something which I am sure you already
know. That is that J.J. Jones is the most outstanding sales rep that ANY
automobile dealer could ever hope to be blessed with.
In early October, I took delivery of my 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland
Summit (which by the way, I am crazy about)! This event however, occurred
following a full year of indecision including two canceled orders along with a
deposit refunded to me. The crux of my repetitive "mind
changing" was the vehicle I was considering replacing with a Jeep. I
had a 2008 Mercedes ML 63 AMG with only 19,000. miles. While it was 4+
years old, it was like new and It had been an outstanding vehicle. Thus,
I was VERY reluctant to part with it. Not only was JJ consummately
patient and understanding over an entire year, but was a wealth of information
and support in my quest to find a suitable replacement for my ML 63 without
spending $109,000.00.
As it turned out Ms. Dobbert, JJ was completely accurate in his
assessment of what would be a completely satisfactory solution to my quest for
a new SUV. Nothing he told me was even a slight exaggeration. I
just love my Grand Cherokee and am thrilled with it's economy as compared with
11 MPG on my Mercedes. Stead Motors is indeed fortunate to have a
representative who is as honest, caring and patient as is J.J. Jones. I
hope to purchase many more vehicles from this young man and I will also refer
as many people to him as I possibly can. He is a refreshing credit to
your industry and to your firm.

I just wanted to at long last say thank you!
I'd like to give you then run down of my experience with the team....
I first purchased my jeep back in August 2010 and would like to commend
Reno, David, Cal and Mike on providing me excellent service and a great
experience.
My first jeep had a defect on the interior mirror and once changed out by
Kevin and the team in the service department I began having major issues.
When I brought the Jeep back for several computer, comms and safety issues
(the main safety issue being that you can't see out of the mirrors at night
due to the auto dimming feature turning the mirrors pitch black), Nick from
the service department was impeccable in his approach, professionalism and
attitude. He was honest with me at all times and tried his hardest to fix
the issues.
After returning the vehicle 5 times for the same problem I spoke with the
service department manager (Chris) and he suggested I submit the lemon law
paperwork as we couldn't find a fix and Chrysler's engineers had no eta on a
fix either.
After submitting the paperwork I didn't hear anything for several weeks and
so I got a lawyer as a back up because I was now nervous. It took a little
time and Peter Gaines (regional Chrysler rep) got a little upset that I was
now demanding a new Jeep because within 24hrs of me bringing my lawyer in to
play to actually handle the case he was on the phone to me telling me that
WC CJD had no right telling me I can get a new vehicle and: "it's not their
money" and was now promising that they had a fix and insisted that I bring
in the jeep. I'll be honest, I stuck to my guns due to a full loss of faith
in the true ability to service/ repair the issues and also because of peters
approach. I felt he just wanted to do whatever he had to on the car to
ensure he didn't need to replace it. I feel that sticking to my guns has
perhaps frustrated the team and I apologize that your team may have lost
cash on the old vehicle, but now that the process is over and I'm in my new
Jeep I sincerely couldn't be happier! Thank you!
David and Reno worked with ISG and made the transition to my new vehicle
smooth. Reno took me through all of the features of the new Jeep as if I was
a brand new client and again represented your dealership in the finest
fashion!
I can immediately see the difference in computer processing power and
computer capability with my new jeep, I don't get initialization hang ups,
no freezing on phone, sat nav or memory recall issues for personal settings,
all of the additional electronic features work 100%, the car can "multi
task" and mechanically I can feel exceptional confidence in what feels like
a well built vehicle. My wife and I are due to have our first child and some
of the reasons for purchasing this car were safety, security, driving
confidence and interior comfort in a beautiful vehicle. All of those
criteria have been met 100%!!
Due to your dealership standing by their commitment to 100% customer
satisfaction I am now a customer for life! I will recommend all of my
friends and clients to come and see you and I will continue to purchase all
of my future vehicles and upgrades from Michael Stead's WC CJD.
I do feel that we didn't need to get to this stage of a replacement vehicle,
the remedy that I often think of is that the engineers at jeep should have
just kept the vehicle for a week, done what was needed and handed me back
the car I purchased way back in October of 2010. The fact that it took 5
months, 5 attempts for the same fix and no eta on a fix is what caused for
my wife and I to get stressed out and decide on requesting a new vehicle.
With all of this now firmly behind us I would like to make an offer of
having me as a referral source for your dealership if you would like. This
means that if you'd like to give out my cell phone number to any prospective
clients I would be glad to give your team an A star review at any stage, to
any client.

As a final note on recognizing excellence and professionalism; Reno, Cal,

Dear Judy,
I wanted to tell you about my experience with Steadauto and specifically your internet division. Jon Jones aka JJ was fabulous. At first, I was interested in purchasing a Limited Edition 4.0L Town and Country because of improved gas mileage. But after telling him about my lifestyle -a 1 year and a 4 year old, he suggested the Walter P. Chrysler Signature Series, which also came is a 4.0L engine. I called three other dealerships in the bay area. None of them told me about a 4.0L option. One did not return my calls, the other told me to come in and talk in person and the third only wanted to sell what was on the lot.
I am a very busy person as I run my own company. Even though the dealership is over an hour away, I decided to purchase the car from JJ. He answered all of my questions and negotiated pricing up front through email. He listened, followed up when he said he was going to and offered recommendations, which I did not even know existed.
I could only hope to hire employees that are as dedicated and efficient as JJ is in making the buying experience effortless. I would highly recommend Steadauto and specifically JJ for anyone who is interested in purchasing a car.
